Praise God for the good attendance, excellent discussion, and new connections made at the TED talk event on poverty on August 24.  Thank you to all who spoke and attended.  Please pray that God would continue to open our hearts and minds to effective ministry and solid community partnerships.

Please pray for our Relational Ministry classes beginning this month.  Spiritual Exploration (a basic introduction to Christ through the Gospel of John) begins on September 8.  Building Hope begins September 15.  Pray that the Holy Spirit would bring transformation and that relationships with our neighbors would be strengthened.
