Thank God with us for the successful Tag Sale to benefit Mid-Hudson Love INC held at the beginning of May.  Through the efforts of Eileen Doherty and her crew, $1,233.13 was raised!  Thank you to all who helped make this event such a success.

Please pray for our future volunteers – that they will hear God’s voice inviting them to ministry and follow His guidance in serving Love INC.  Find out more about volunteer opportunities with Love INC by attending our Introduction to a Collaborative Christian Ministry Serving Local People in Need on Wednesday, June 13, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and/or Preparing to be a Community LINC Volunteer training on Wednesdays, June 20 and 27, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.  These trainings will be held at New Beginnings (35 DeGarmo Road, Poughkeepsie).  For more information or to RSVP, contact Volunteer Coordinator Jewel Ratzlaff at 845-896-4126 or info@mhlinc.org.

Please click here for June’s Prayer Calendar.  Please meditate on the scriptures daily. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you to incorporate the scriptures in your thoughts and all areas of your life, so that you may demonstrate the character of Jesus.

 

Please continue to pray that God would lead the committee that is seeking new office space for our Clearinghouse.

Please pray for our neighbors who are participating in the Love INC Spiritual Exploration class.  There are two more weeks remaining in this class.  Please pray that the attendees will continue to seek out God’s presence in their lives and continue to read the Bible.  Pray that those who do not have a church family will seek out a caring community where they feel welcomed and encouraged.

Continue to pray for our Board of Directors as they seek God’s will for Mid-Hudson Love INC.  Love INC’s mission is to transform lives and communities in the Name of Christ, by helping churches help people in need.   Please pray that the board would be able to discern how Love INC can best help our partner churches in transformational ministry.

Pray for the hearts of individuals and business owners to be opened to financially support the work of Mid-Hudson Love INC.

Pray for our church liaisons, ministry leaders, workshop facilitators, and other volunteers may be renewed, refreshed and inspired in the work they are doing for Love INC.
